Another day in paradise.

But up you go – you have to – because everybody at home and work depends on you. You’re the “strong one” – the one who “gets things done” and always comes through with a smile.

And so, the cycle continues.

You do your best to take care of everyone and keep up with everything, and you’re good at it – at least on the surface.

But no one sees the real you – barely holding things together, crying in the bathroom with the sink on so no one hears. No one understands. No one cares. No one notices.
